RemiHelp was founded in 2024 by a small team that kept seeing the same story: people living with a chronic condition, doing their best, and still feeling alone between appointments. Missed doses. Numbers that worried them at 2 a.m. Advice that didn't fit their real life.
So we set out to build the companion we wished our own families had. One that watches gently, speaks plainly, and helps you take the next right step, every single day.

Does the band measure blood sugar?
Not by itself. No wrist band can accurately measure blood glucose without a sensor that touches the blood or the fluid under the skin. That's why RemiHelp connects with certified glucose sensors and meters, and lets you log values by hand. Remi brings every reading together and explains what it means for your day.
Does RemiHelp replace my doctor?
No. RemiHelp supports the plan you and your doctor agree on. It reminds, tracks, and explains, and it tells you when it's time to contact your care team. It does not diagnose or change your treatment.
Which conditions does it support?
RemiHelp is designed for diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma and COPD, chronic kidney disease, and high cholesterol, including people managing more than one at a time.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, you choose exactly who can see it, and you can delete it at any time. We will never sell your health data.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime. The 6-month and annual plans run until the end of their term, and you can switch plans at renewal.
When will my band ship?
We're preparing our first production run. Reserve your plan through the contact form and we'll reach out with your delivery date before any payment.
